If you're not from Minnesota, you may not quite understand this one...

Good Morning!

I'm sharing a silly card that I made with my daughter in mind.  When she went off to college in Michigan she learned that the children's tag game that she has played since she was little was called something else:

Duck.  Duck.  Gray Duck!

Was called Duck.  Duck.  GOOSE??

Waaaaaaait a minute.

She did a little research.  And found...  (perhaps this Minnesota newspaper is a bit biased), but here you go.  She was right.  The proof is here:

Anyway, hope you enjoyed that little fun fact about Minnesota's superior Duck games.  This little DUCK, DUCK,  GRAY DUCK card that I created with Beth Silaika's adorable new set, Spring Fling, needs to hurry on it's way to Michigan for Valentine's day.

Thursday was the new release from Gina K Designs.  Gina and her illustrator team knocked it out of the park again with some fabulous new spring themed stamp sets.  I hope you were able to visit and shop and pick up the new goodies!

Here"s a quick peek at my cards that were revealed during Thursday's StampTV party.

Isn't Claire Brennan's Springtime Basket set beautiful??  The detail in this stamp is ahhhhmazing.

Here's another made with Beth's  Spring Fling set.

This watercolor bouquet was made with just a few of the smaller stamps from Melanie Meuchinger's new Fabulous Flowers set.

Theresa Momber designed another beautiful landscape frame set:  Framescape - Simply Spring.  She does such an amazing job with the details on the smaller images, i love to highlight just how versatile they can be on their own!   I stamped this row of Tulips in white pigment ink, let it dry, then drew in the color with my Polychromos pencils.

And last but not least.  Here's my take on this month's new incentive set.  (free with a $75 purchase).  This set

I masked the larger rose, and overstamped the jar image so I could add the smaller blooms and buds twice to create a larger bouquet of flowers!

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great weekend!

Go play some DUCK, DUCK, GRAY DUCK!  ;)
