Today I used a stencil to create patterned paper, then glittered it to make my own glitter paper!
I used the Feathery Leaves stencil from A Colorful Life Designs to create a pattern on my Gina K. Designs cardstock panel. I first inked it with Gina K. Design's In The Navy ink using one of my Life Changing Brushes. Then I rotated the stencil a bit then did a second inking without adding any more color to my brush. (Yes, I'm using magnets to hold down my stencil. I flipped my original MISTI over, and have my project adhered with magnets to the back of the MISTI.)
I then lightly sprayed the panel with Elmer's Craft Bond Spray adhesive. I protected my desk from any overspray with a cheap plastic dollar store tablecloth, and also sprayed in a small lidded box.
I used the Hello from the Bold Greetings word die set to create an Eclipse card with my glittered panel, stacking three layers of white die cut letters with the panel die cuts, adhering them with Art Glitter Glue.
